Looks like a problem with exporting and importing objects from Scout. For this task, you actually don't need to export and import objects. I had a Rotary Knife standard application for D435, so as an example, I converted it to C240. Going the other way, follow the same steps. Attached pdf has screenshots that may be helpful. Step 1: Create hardware configuration for the controller and configure technology objects. Copy paste the IO defined from the old project. Make sure that all corresponding IO devices are configured in the new project. Step 2: If in separate project, open both projects and copy and paste the library into the new project. In my case, all I had to do is to check that the correct technology option is selected for my controller (see the screenshot). Accept and Compile the library by itself: right click on the library, accept and compile. Step 3.Copy and paste programs from your old controller into a new controller. Program units written in the same language can be copied together in one copy/paste. Accept and Compile the entire project and perform a consistency check: Project > Check Consistence. Any errors during compilation or consistency check will be generally due to not excising technology objects (wrong name, forgot to create), or non existing IO.
