RUN mode problems

Hello everybody!

I'm doing my first project with the S7 1200 CPU 1212AC/DC/RLY with firmware V4.1.
I have also 2 other signal modules on it. The SM1222 DQ16 x 24VDC with firmware v2.0 and the SM1231 AI4 x HF with also firmware v2.0. I'm programming with TIA portal V13 software.

My program was working fine, till I tried to change the IP adress of the PLC.
I had changed the adress in my program and compiled it. And I have a good connection with the PC.
Now I tried to run the program again, with the new IP adres, but the PLC won't go in run mode. 
There is no error led on, only the RUN/STOP led is orange. Wen i try to put the plc in run mode the run/stop led flashes 6 short times green, but then go back in stop mode.

I noticed also that the 'DIAG' leds of my SM's are flashing (green led) the whole time.
I didn't had those flashing leds before i think. There is also no error on the diagnose, only a message that the plc isn't protected.

I tried to put the old IP adress back in the settings, but still without luck. 
Someone that had the same problem or somebody that maybe can help me? 

I'm also sorry already if I forgot some important information about the plc or about the program.

go online, open he diagnosic buffer, save it to textfile and attach it here.

in the log is reported why the PLC doesn't reach the RUN.

I didn't saw that thread yet.. 

My problem is solved. It was about the hardware configuration..
