S7-200 Profibus Communication with G120 and KTP-700

Hi,

I am looking for the help regarding the communication of S7-200 PLC with KTP-700 and G120 drive over Profibus communication using EM-277 module. 

Is it possible or not ?

The S7-200 can only be a slave. The configuration you speak of will have the KTP700 be an HMI for both S7-200 and G120. There is no Profibus control in this configuration. Is that what you wish for?

You can establish connections between a KTP700 to a S7-200.

You can use Profibus-DP to a KTP700 DP.

You can use Profinet to a KTP700 Basic.

Since the EM 277 Profibus module cannot act as a Profibus master, you could use USS protocol on the S7-200 to control the G120 drive:
