Hello dzweilu; Just to add a footnote to Gebhardt's post, here is a link to theEasy Motion Control manual, in case you could be interested: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/8253632 This type of package could make your application easy to program, as it already has many functions for closed-loop control, for servo orutput signals, blocks for traveling, homingand jogging programs... There comes an example program with the installation CD that can make your application simpler to develop. Look at the end of the first chapter, where they describe the components for centralized configurations. They propose a SM388 to read the absolute encoder position;some oftheir function blocks are based on a CPU 314C-2DP. and use its integrated I/Os for control. I don't really know if they could be adapted to your present selection of CPU. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
