There is no need to do a CPU changeover in this case as the Master CPU will get the Profibus I/O status via the sync cable from the Standby CPU. Have a look too at the disucssion in Problem in CPU 414-4H for more on this. Note too that you couldfor example have a faultyIM153-2 module of oneET200M I/O station on Profibus "A" and a faultyIM153-2 module ofa differentET200M I/O station on Profibus"B". The system as a whole is still fully functioningwith this type of failure mode even thoughneither CPU will have a full healthyProfibus Network available anymore (and itwould be rather pointless in this case trying to initate a Master/Standby changeover). In case youstill wish to do a CPU changeover for whatever reasons, you can use SFC 90 "H_CTRL" (have a look at its inbuilt help for more). In that casethe FAQ How do you read out the operating state and status of an H system? will come in handy to firstly determine who is the Master and who is StandbyCPU. Putting the Master CPU into stop is as such not necessary to achieve the same, but can of course be done via SFC46 "STP".
