Dear ksiadz13, Quite hard to understand your problem. Maybe you could show us pictures. Regarding safety signature, I faced an issue previously too. The safety signature will always show the program changed in the printout. Eventually, I check the edit safety dialogue signature, scroll down the bar and check the DB one by one. I found out there is some mismatch between the printout and the program. Then I delete the mismatched block and regenerate another one. The issue resolved. just sharing lesson learn, might not be the same with your issue. Attached with a pdf to describe my problem. Hope this is helpful for you. Hello ksiadz13, I can give you two ideas as suggestions. Please, examine it to understand if any of this really can help you. 1. You can use an SFC to organize the initial trigger output signal from std logic to Safety logic. An SFC connection between block input and output will not be linkable (what is visible in CFC easy). But, Its indicated as "Dot" over the respective nubs of the block. Only those who know the PCS7 will understand this. Then, you can even assign write production to your SFC this idea may not be fully protective. But the other one as follows 2. Enable Accessprotection to the associated charts You can assign Read/Write protection to the associated charts. It enables "Simatic Logon" function, Then, Assign the Role for the user properly, Thus, You can have restrictions on program changes in a particular area instead of the complete program. (eg. Refer the attachment) AttachmentAccess_Protect.zip (31 Downloads) |
