what kind of transducer do you have?

2-wire-transducer are powered by the measuring wires.

4-wire- transducers have a seperate power supply. 

this is an often made mistake, because from the most 4-wire-transducers are only 2 wires connected to the AI-card and the supply comes from somewhere else.

If it is possible, that the transducer gets the powersupply somewhere else, except the measuring wires, try to project it as 4-wire.

 You only need to give the card its own power supply on pin 1 and 20.

Have a look to the manual of the S7-300 modules, chapter 6.7:

SIMATIC S7-300 S7-300 Module data

to see what the SF means, have a look in the HW-config online or in diagnostic buffer.

I guess it is a kind of wire break supervision.
