SFC 18: "ALARM_S" and SFC 17: "ALARM_SQ" in WinCC 6.x

I have found only this FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24796673 but WinCC project is integrated in the STEP 7 project I haven't the STEP 7 Project because it is not my property and it is provided by a competitor. In WinCC flexible my customer see this message and want to see the same in wincc. Who can help me with some information ? Thank you
