Ste39is right. If there is no problem with cable and plugs, it will be the easiest way to check program with PG or plug the Flash Card with actual program, if available. |

Thanks all for the supports! There's been a power failure for more than 1 month and the CPU's battery run out. Didn't know how long the battery can lasted but I'm can confirm that the data blocks are missing. So what I did is just download to CPU thru PG using the last config blocks saved in my workstation and luckily the Simatic panel works as attached pic>Image2 (4). Unfortunately, some of the node's Profibus are inaccessible >Image2 (1,2,3), but it's working after I restart my workstation!! (does it relates at all??) 1) How can I save my current setting? 2) DP Master now looks weird as it shows red, yellow and green LED (on) as attached >Image2 (5) Why? 3) Our DP slave can now operates local and remote. Hello RemyAdry, 1) Please have a look: What is the effect of the STEP 7 function "Copy RAM to ROM"? you need a MC (Big Blue Memory Card) or or as long as the battery lasts http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/19102565 2) On the Masterdrive the three LED's are permanently ON or Blinking? ¨ During normal operation, all three LEDs repeatedly light up at the same time and for the same length of time (flashing)! ¨ If an LED is continuously on or off, this indicates an exceptional condition(parameterization phase or fault)! |
