Moduls, motors and aplication are identically. But for the first aplication in noload conditition the output current is 54A and for the second 35 A. In load condition for the first aplication the curent is up to 60A. For the second the current rise up to 74A from 35 in noload conditions. I was thinking to give a lower value to the drive pulse frequency to rise the current. Ps: Can u give me a link to a parameters list for this module. Thanks! See the graphics with the curents. Dave Posts: 271 Rating: (24)	Hello Daniel, It sounds as though you are driving an asynchronous motor of some type due to your mentioning that you have high no load current values. For example, the no load current of an asynchronous motor is often about half of the stall or rated current. Since you didn't mention that these are Siemens motors (e.g., 1PH7xxx), you may be using a third-party motor of some type. Perhaps the parameters provided for your motors are not accurate and this may account for the different no-load current values. One of the first checks I suggest is that you take a look at measurement functions and look at the current controller frequency response. You may find that the proportional gain of the current loop needs to be adjusted (i.e., MD1120). Before you get into this though, you should make sure that your motors are actually identical and that the motor parameters are correct. Also, you may want to operate the motors without connecting the output motor shaft to the machine loads. If you run the motors with no load, you should get equal current draw. Hope this helps...

As you can see, the no-load current should be 56 Amps. This will be true from zero speed up to the base speed of the motor. If you operate at higher speeds, the no-load current will drop down (i.e., field weakening).

Sounds like you need to recommission one of the axes. Delete the boot file and start over.

The drive show me on display that the motor curent is 55A, but the real measuret value is 35A. So the drive thinks that the output current is 55A but is wrong is only 35A. (The speed on the display match with the measured one.) Can I do something to bring things to normal?

But for the either one the problem persist. Soo i switch the control board to see if the problem is the control board or power module. But the problem persist even with the board from the similar module that works. Could be a problem from the power module or resolver? With the corect parametrization( we have one similar drive with similar motor and parameters and works fine ) and this one display on parameter 002 = 54A and we measure at drives output 35A. Thanks!
