Simoreg 6RA2425 tripping without any failure

The problem is following: when I press start button, motor start running and after 3-4 seconds master drive has tripping without any failure. Then after 3-4 seconds waiting I can start motor again, and simoreg tripp again 3-4 seconds later. Does anybody know wher is the problem? Thank you.

What status is diplayed after tripping? Thank you for your answer. The drive is controlled via button, and after tripping i have not any displayed failure. If I set it to P002 it show me actuall RPM. After tripping displayed RPM slowing down. Then I must wait few seconds and start it again. If I holding a start button pressed all the time, after tripping it show me a failure F004.

Can you check parameter P000 after tripping? What is the value? 3. Does your drive has line contactor? Does this contactor switched-off while tripping?

Can you check parameter P000 after tripping? What is the value? 3. Does your drive has line contactor? Does this contactor switched-off while tripping? To starting of the motor I must press an external start button. I think after tripping the parameter P000 is "--" or "1" , i can't remember exactly, but i'll check that on Monday. Yes, the drive has a line contactor and after tripping this contactor swiched off.

HRV86 Member Joined: 12/16/2016 Last visit: 12/20/2016 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, I checked parameter P000. When I switch on a main circuit breker, the drive on the parameter P000 showing "o7.0", and when i press start button then showing "1". After tripping the drive showing o7.0 again.

If you have state o7.0 after tripping it looks like the drive was stopped with Stop button connected to terminal 37. Check the connection of this Stop button. What kind of deceleration you have during tripping? Deceleration with RFG, fast stop or coast stop?

The drive has for a long time worked well, and few days ago one thyristor bridge has burned. I have replaced all bridges and after that the drive constantly tripping. The drive parameters are unchanged.
