Dear Experts We are using D 425- 2DP/PN controller (6AU1 - 425 - 2AA00-0AA0) - V 4.3 for my machines for controlling winder and feeder applications. We are communicating with third party controller using TCP/IP and exchange data between simotion and third party controller. Bus data cycles are kept at 4ms Servo cycle at 4 ms IPO at 16 ms. The third party controller send signal (Bool) to simotion asking for some status of the machine. Simotion needs to reply based on their request and pass the status of the machine to third party controller. The necessary programs are made and called in back ground task. The problem what we are facing is 1) If we see the simotion trace, based on the third party request, there is a reply from Simotion. ( Traces are enclosed for your reference) 2) But some times,the third party is not receving the information sent from Simotion. Out of 100 request and 100 reply from Simotion, only few are read by third party controller. 3) If we trace the signal using wire shark tool, it is not received by third party controller. But in Simotion trces, it is showing. It looks like scanning time setting issue in simotion controller or we may have to hold the signal for some time more than scanning time. Is there any functions or way to sort out this issue? Thanks & Regards Prian
