Hi, using the SINA_PARA is not the best solution for tracking the torque in the PLC program. SINA_PARA does acyclic communication, which always has to be triggered to get a value and this can take several cycle times. Better solution is to use standard telegram 352 with the according SIMATIC FB. The SINA_SPEED_TLG352 block from the LSINAExt library is used therefore: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/de/view/109747655 With that FB you can control the drive (switch on and speed setpoint) and additional you will receive some actual values from the drive automatically (speed, torque, current,...). So this is cyclical communication and you will get the actual values each program cycle. I hope this helps :-) In general I want to mention: Please really be aware that your solution with G120C functionwise will work but you should really not expect high accuracy in speed and torque. Then the solution with V90PN would be better as it also communicates with isochronous realtime. |
