Harald Member Joined: 10/13/2005 Last visit: 1/13/2020 Posts: 4 Rating: (1)	Sinumerik 810D / Manual Turn software vers. 4,4 / MMC 100,2 Machine stopped with alarm 2000 “PLC sign of life monitoring” Made a reset of the PLC program in the CCU. Loaded series startup backup file with SinuComNc. On block OC32 the massage “communication error” appeared. Made a new reset of the PLC and tried to load the program with Simatic Manager. The downloading stopped at block FC32 with the massage (D280) Error compiling block in S7-300 CPU – Unable to copy the block FC32. I replaced the original FC32 with an empty FC32. With the empty FC32 I loaded the program without any problem. Is the FC32 communicating with the system software or Manual Turn software on MMC 100,2. Will the solution be to change the MMC.

I looking for book related did not find detail, only know FC32 is reserved for Shop Mill/Shop Turn see attached cutting image from 840D/810D PLC basic program (P3) PS: may I ask--- what is OC32? Such as what kind of back up do you have? and do you know who made that back up ? as you use MMC100.2, back up is normally on external media. and some version of CCU has PCMC card insert in slot, check if you are lucky --there are NCK/PLC archives on that card. and what happen to your m/c . what situation now, PLC running, no alarm, but you cannot make production? Siemens support team copied FC32 from Manual Turn toolbox and inserted it into the project instead of the original one. With this modification I was able to download FC32 to the CCU. The machine is now working
