I am so sorry, but I can only find information about spindle speed monitoring....can't find the information about the spindle power percentage you was talking about... Please help me..

Hello, Please check the values in MD 9428 & 9429. These should be 100. If not set to 100, switch Off & again switch ON power. This should display the actual spindle power in % as well as in form ofbar. |

Thank you for your help! I have now changed the MD, can I save those values in R-parameters? how can I get the values in NC-part program? what i want to do is as follow: in synchronized action, when the spindle power achieve a certain value, the spindle will be stoped immediately. can you help me with some programing?

Hello, If you want to ONLY check this, follow below mentioned proceduer. While spindle is in running condition, you can check spindle motor actual current value at MD 1719, say it is 30% I would suggest you to reduce value in spindle MD 1105 to lower rating, e.g. say from30 to 20. (MD1105 is reduction in maximum motor current) While running next cycle, when the actual current drawn by spindle motor is more than 20%, it will trip. By such trial & error method you may find out your desiered results. OR else, if you want to follow your method, please check this link. Hope this may help you. |
