Eboot  successfully run and showing display attached image.

but not restore to NCU file.

 Actually main Faulty NCU are Damage . i have Replace for a new  NCU Purchased by Siemens and install all Machine Program 

After the Installation Machine are working Ok but few minute after running Come to Alarm some time alarm massage are comes to normal condition . (not using) 

First Coming Emergency then alarm (26101 Axis A1 drive 6 communication failure)

Alarm list are showing

26101 Axis A1 drive 6 communication failure

26101 Axis X1 drive 3 communication failure

26101 Axis B1 drive 1 communication failure

26101 Axis z1 drive 4 communication failure

26101 Axis Y1 drive 5 communication failure

26101 Axis C1 drive 2 communication failure

this alarm any time Coming.  power Off and On remove the Alarm . but Alarm come back again.

i have Already checked All Communication Cable ,24V , ALM Drive DC600, apsolutly Ok

Please Guide  and sugguest where the problem.
