Let me know apart from Step7 is there any software such as D7 SYS V6.2 or more higher version, drive monitorinstalled if yes please unintall these softwares excluding step7 and then check it should rather it will work, as it works then again install the uninstalled softwares.Bcoz i have faced similar problem 2years back.I hope a positive reply from your end. I know Siemens does not support this officially. The only other software installed is E-designer. I upgraded Step7 V5.5, but still have the same problems. Tried another project containing a different 343-1 Lean card, same problem. Tried to update hardware, get error message for both 343-1 Lean and 343-1. Ton

I know Siemens does not support this officially. Ton Seems in your case unofficially also. I have windows7 64bit and WMware virtual machine with Windows XP SP3. And there Step7 works pretty good.
