jancumps Posts: 59 Rating: (9)	Inderpreet has a working solution: Download pysqlite tarbal and place somewhere (I used a subdir in my home) on the IOT2020: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pysqlite untar, build and install: tar xzf pysqlite-2.8.3.tar.gz cd pysqlite-2.8.3 python setup.py install test: python >>> from pysqlite2 import dbapi2 as sqlite3 >>> sqlite3.version '2.8.3'

I successfully run a demo application with python3 and sqlite3. python3 mySQlite_Demo.py mySQlite_Demo: import sqlite3 conn=sqlite3.connect('myDatabase.db') Best regards!

jancumps Posts: 59 Rating: (9)	as a heads-up. This behaviour is the same in the new image 2.1.3 that I built from source. The fix documented above works in 2.1.3 too.

jancumps Posts: 59 Rating: (9)	I used the plain Example Image 2.1.2. If that package is on there, the yes. Else no. I'm currently running a home-built version of the Example Image 2.1.3. If you can give me a pointer on where I can look in that build if it's included - or how to add it - I can give it a go.

jancumps Posts: 59 Rating: (9)	I've just rechecked, and in build 2.1.3 of the Example Image, import sqlite3 works in python 3. Not in python 2.7. In version 2.1.2, it didn't work on both p3 and p2.7 for me.
