SSI configuration with 3rd party via SMC30

hi, everyone.
I have a problem to configurate a encoder data for recieving a SSI signal from 3rd party via SMC30.
when I download the configurated file to simotion, SMC30's ready lamp is turned green to "red"
and there are 2 alarms in online,
A32150 : encoder2 initialize error(202 hex)
A32110 : encoder2 serial communications error(bin 10)
encoder(absolute) -> gudel encoder card -> siemens SMC30
there are 5 cores cable for it,
0V, data-,data+,clk-,clk+
when I connect the cable between gudel and SMC30, only one alarm(A32150) has been removed.
but, SMC30 ready lamp is still "red"
I think, it does not work well.
please help me....

You should get deep in detail about the SSI encoder.
For sure the number of bit is matching and the supply is either matching but working ......

Attached there is the DataSheet and marked in yellow the configuration of my encoder SSI.

I use this type of encoder since 5 years ago and was going always good.

But my last 3 machines have the same problem.

Random I receive always initialization error.

you may face this issue due to some delays during the power up.

Something similar was on by background with some absolute encoder hardwired on ET200S.

I could suggest you to power-up this equipment at first and later (about 3 sec.) all the other hardware. I know this is not the way to fix the issue but figure out only if the problem is here or not.

I tried to separate the power supply of this SMC30.

I switch on the CU320 and then when it's ready (LED in the front) I switch on also the SMC30.

The result was topology error (what I expected) because during startup no SMC were present, but after that no more error.

My question now is:

there are some parameter or something else to adjust to have the same result but without split the power supply?

my suggestion was to power-up the SMC30 and the related encoder BEFORE than power-up the CU. This ensure the encoder powered and ready for handshake with the logic behind.

I don't think there are adjustable delays, or just I never was able to find them.
