Hi musti, So you have configured the PC station with a configuration. In order to load the configuration to the PC station->OS server, you select the PC Station in Component View->Right click->PLC->Configure. You now get a screen which shows the accessible computers and your OS server must be listed. Press Configure and the configuration is taken over to the Station Configurator of your OS server. After it's done, Select the PC station again->Right click->PLC->Download in order to load the configuration data (like the data to communicate with the AS), now you Station Configurator is loaded correctly and your communication card is now in "Configured mode", which means the configuration is created by the PCS7 project. |

Hi musti463, Do you have configured the Named connections properly from AS to OSx and AS to OS5? The connection symbol means that the configuration is complete. This means that the download to the OS station must be successful. Make sure the OS station is compiled, in the attachment the stations are orange, which means settings have changed but not compiled, download the full OS station with the download button. after that, do PLC->Configure and PLC->Download to transfer the data to the OS station. If it does not work, please follow the PCS7 Compendium part A, (page 151). |
