Strange problem with accessible nodes

Hello All,

I too face this issue now. I can do download, upload, compare, but the nodes not getting visible. I tried everything which was suggested. How to know whether the antivirus is blocking, because all my colleagues are using the same and it works in their system.

Do I need to check some thing else.

Which SW are you using?

Have also a try and deactivate your anti-virus-scan. There is nothing to lose by trying this

Try to install the Automation Tool

It contains a little programm, that repairs the interfaces.

connected via LAN cable. software using is Step 7 V5.5 +SP4 +HF11.
