Hi Photon, Seems this is a known problem (according to colleagues) with PDM V6.0 + SP3. An upgrade to SP5 is recommended: Update for SIMATIC PDM V6.0 to V6.0 + SP5 Regards |

Hello, Perhaps if you didn't install SP5 of Step7 could be solve the problem. Another way maybe is to reinstall of software. This way is not recommended but sometimes is the last decision. Regards Hristo Mihalev |

Why do you want to delete the device data? You suspect the unwanted device data isaffecting performance? |
