I had downloaded v14 before, but now i wanted to upgrade v16 and i encountered an error (Detail see the picture)

I tried all the ways to completely delete the program, searched the internet but did not get any results.

I need to solves this problem, please support me

You can install TIA versions in parallel in the same PC

But only one version of WinCC TIA Professional 

If you want another version of WinCC TIA Professional, you can use VM

How do you uninstall STEP 7 (TIA Portal) completely?

What is VM? Is that a program that will remove the Tia Portal completely? i checked

 but i didnt remove all the files. When i wanted to delete files unable to remove folder error pops up.

Which version of WinCC TIA Professional do you want : V14 or V16?

For the other version:you can install WinCC TIA Advanced

or use VM  if you want to install another version of WinCC TIA Professional.

If you want to uninstall WinCC TIA Professional V16, you can use the Control Panel(Add/Remove) as regular.
