Hi everybody I have an FC (in this case FC54) and it works well when I call it from FC47. In file1.jpg you can see a segment of FC47 calling FC54. The problem is this: in the same FC47 I need to add a segment calling FC54, so I add the segment and when I compile it there is a trouble; something about a conflict between the input types. You can see the segment added in file2.jpg and the error message in file3.jpg (it's in spanish, sorry). So, I don't understand why this error??? ... if I am only calling an existing FC ... Please, help me with this. Best regards Attachmentfiles.zip (73 Downloads) |

Hi Metal_Kain, The problem is not with FC54, but a "non-existing" symbol D_UB11 in the symbol table. Regards |

Hello Metal_Kain try this: 1.) Remove the invalid "D_UB11" N/O contact in NW 100 and save FC 47 2.) Change to FBD 3.) Add "D_UB11" via aFBD AND gate to the EN input of FC54 4.) If this does not give you an error and you can save the block youwill (should) also be able to change back to LAD now (and came blame the Step7 LAD Editor for the problem, I had this issue a few times too myself and trust Siemens will fix it soon). I hope this helps Cheers Fritz |
