What is the problem?
I think you have to register to download the file. Have you a Screenshot of the message?

I have the same issue. I have tried 3 different computers. I can download everything else just not .zip files. All that happens is that it tries to download and then does nothing. Or it says there is a server issue. 

It must be an issue with the siemens Web site. 

I can not download from the following.

 they have not any problem,I download them. just you should sign in  with your acount .

 normaly just every one can download in froum who has an account so you should sign in with your user account and then download .

What is the problem?
I think you have to register to download the file. Have you a Screenshot of the message?

Also include which internet browser you are using.

In the case where export restriction applies... your contact details needs to be processed. Recently I had to redo the process even when I was registered before. Normally it does not take that long to get the details processed (unless over the weekend or holidays). You should have access in a short while.

Do know that script blocking software or having Java disabled is not your friend when downloading from a Siemens site.

I have been using the siemens Site everyday for a year. I have downloaded plenty of different zip files.

I have tried 4 different computers on my network that all cannot download some .zip files.

I have also been able to download some Zip files, but most I still cannot download. 

I also downloaded a file on Thursday that I was unable to Re-download on Friday.

I also freely admit that others on different networks can download the same files. But I also have a few customers that are facing the same issue or different networks. 

So with all of that I would conclude that Siemens made a minor change that is clashing with SOME networks for some of the files on the Siemens site.

The fact that you can download does not prove that the link/website is perfect. with all this I would guess that siemens made changes to their site Thrusday night that has affected some. What that change is what I need to know so that I can get my 'IT' to fix the issue.

If  I click on the link this problem comes

If i choose save link as the prev problem comes..

Yesterday it worked, today downloading don't work again.
