I'm solving some problem here (only few threads away). And my new question is more general, so I've started a new thread for it: I have Windows 7 32-bit and I have Step 7 Prof. V11 and WinCC C/A V11 with latest patches and updates (SP2, Upd 4). I tried (because of some problem) to uninstall all software related to TIA portal (via Windows Control Panel) and later I've installed all of it again. I've found, that all HSP (support packages) that I had installed before were not touched by the uninstallation. After the reinstall, the HSP is already there - it cannot be uninstalled (at least I don't know how). How do I uninstall the HSP? Or what should I manually delete after all TIA components uninstall, to get rid of the HSP from my system? I would really like to test clean TIA portal installation with installing the HSP as the last thing in the process. Any suggestions? Thank you. |

Hello JanJasek, The problem is probably, that the main setup of WinCC V11does not know this HSP. it is not deinstalled. You start a support request. ---> support request Tweety |
