USB WIFI Adapters

I have tried with 3 different USB wifi adapters but I cannot connect to internet with them ("ifconfig" and don`t appear wlan0 neither in iot2000setup). I need help because I am with this problem since november. These are my devices "lsusb". ID 148f:7601, ID 0bda:a811 and ID 2001:331c. The first and the second I found in internet that uses the driver rtl8811au and this is not inside the OS by default but I dont know where to find the driver and how to install it. Please help

I am not sure if the new image contains more drivers, but you can try to use this before buying a new adapter. It should be published this week. A device that cost the double than a Raspberry Pi, also doesn't integrate wifi as Rapsberry Pi does. The images are not fully updated (sometime you have to install nodes on previous verios, like OPC, etc) Why should I buy an IOT2040? Only because you have a industrial enclosure? Sorry for my words but I'm having to much problems with it.

I wouldn't compare the IOT2040 to a raspberry pi because its more an embedded device rather than an all in one microcomputer. Its not the enclosure that makes the device more expensive, its the industrial certifications, system test and smaller production volume compared to the raspberry for not being a consumer product. Maybe the IOT2050 would be more suitable for your needs as it runs an ARM processor and a Debian based OS, giving you the possibility to use a package manager just like on the Rasberry Pi and also have a UI due to the integrated graphics chip. If you like I can send you the Onepager with some technical details. Release is planned for this year Kind regards!
