Hello, Am a new user to Siemens servo drive an motor. Am using the following hardware for my pick n place project. Serov is used to move the gantry slide, "to and frow" on which pneumatic cylender & gripper are mounted. 1) s7-200 smart PLC ST40 DC/DC/DC 2) HMI KTP600 Basic Color DP 3) Servo Drive 6SL3210-5FE11-0UA0 4) Servo Motor 1FL6062-1AC61-0AA1 I have attached technical datasheet of gantry. According to it after i rotation it travels 125mm. Can anyone please tell how do i calculate the pulses required to move the slide to a desired position that to in a minimum time as possible smoothly. Also how can i vary the speed of servo. Hello in the following application example the calculation is described under chapter configuration: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/77467940 In V-Assistant you will need to configure P29011 which is the amount of pulses per motor revolution. The application example is based on a S7-1200 in the TIA portal and thus using a TO (Technology Object) to calculate the pulses and ramping depending on the profile of the movement. With the S7-200 you will need to implement this in Software yourself. |
