Hello, I can just speak for myself and my colleagues from the TechTeam. We do not know about such a behavior and we would recommend to you to create a Service Request at the Customer Support to explain this issue. https://support.industry.siemens.com/My/ww/en/requests#createRequest This would be the official way in case of problems. |
