water temp and level control

hello,

I am looking for some guidance with the following problem my main concern is controlling the steam valve I have a logo 0ba8 standard...am2 RTD and am2  AQ. I would like to keep the temp close as possible to set point

• Low level operating to open fill valve after cold booster pumps & non-return valve
• Low level alarm to close steam valve and initiate alarm
• High level operating to close fill valve
• High level alarm to initiate alarm
• Steam valve controlled to maintain tank water temperature at a value to be confirmed (probably around 65ᵒC) 
• Over temperature control to shut down steam and alarm.
• I have attached a basic pdf of the system

Are you looking for guidance or someone who write the complete program incl. project planning ? Do you have more details of the sensors and actuators or at least a program frame with i/o names and description of every i/o signal ?

I was looking for guidance particularly on the control using 4-20mA of the steam valve,,

but after some research I have decided to use  S7-1200.
