Webserver - 1500

I read about the webserver with the PLC 1500, and i learned that i cant use php files and commands in a html file for the webserver (the index.html for example), am i wrong on that?

What i want to do is, connect my html to a database (myphpadmin) and send data to it, and "grab" data from it, is it possible?

As long as the myphpadmin DB is accessible from a computer, you can read/write to it just like any computer application.

The webserver on S7 PLCs it meant primarily for diagnostics.  However, there are options available to us to made very simple custom web pages.

If the custom web page(s) data is small enough to fit within the memory constraints of the PLC, it can execute client-side actions that access a myphpadmin based DB.

It would be more helpful to know what you want to get out of the PLC and what you want to do with the data.

There are likely better ways to get at the data, like a SNAP7 client application that connects to an S7 DB, reads it, and then stores it to a (SQL) DB.  Or, OPC applications that access the data using open standards.

Sorry for the delay, but i`m trying to make a digital twin, i don't know yet the best possible way to do it, so i was thinking on doing it in the webserver. I'm using the PLC s7 200S.

And i was thinking on using a database so i can acess with others applications, again, don't know if it is the best option. 

Any tips/recommendation on Scada (i dont have any yet) to make te communication is valide, sorry again for the delay.
