What are Suitable Softwares for controlling Fly Saw system?

We need to programming our Fly Saw System , we use these items:

Control unit D425-2 DP

Sensor Module SMC30

Control unit adapter CUA32

TP900 Comfort (6AV2-124-0JC01-0AX0).

Please , Advice as what are suitable softwares that we need them , with their Licences ...  (No need problems at later)..

- either a multi-axis license (overkill) or a POS license for your Blade feed and either a GEAR or CAM license for your carriage travel motor.  I think if you use the standard Flying Saw application, then you will be using GEAR.  If you use camming, then you need a CAM license.

If you want to be safe, get a CAM license, but make sure you put in a cam, even if you don't use it.

I mean what are suitable Scout , suitable WinCC ? (product number of software such as : 6AV6611-0AA51-3CA5 ?

In scout softwere , it sometimes  request  Simatic Manager  ??!!

Since you are using a Comfort Panel, you need TIA V13 SP1, SCOUT TIA V4.4, WinCC Comfort.  No idea about the part numbers, talk to your local Siemens partner.

I would not suggest TIA V14 as it was just released and SCOUT and TIA already don't get along so well but at least V13 SP1 works with SCOUT TIA.

I think that we maybe need simatic manager step 7, what is suitable version with Scout tia v4.4 , and winCC comfort ?
