Simply pointing to a folder named "Siemens" does not provide much information to us. Every Siemens software has such a folder. The contents of that folder might provide more details.

The next folder in your screenshot might be more revealing, in that it seems to provide pdb files. These are the project files for Protool, an early HMI programming tool for Siemens operator panels or PC runtime projects. It is now discontinued.
