WinCC Datamonitor Problem

Our company has a client/server setup at one of our clients. We are using WinCC 6.0 SP4 and Datamonitor 6.1. We also use the Basic Process Control add-on installed in WinCC and Datamonitor client. The problem is we are unable to navigate. We have view mode setup for a user and can see the main start screen. When I click on the navigation buttons, it changes accordingly, but when I click on the drop-down arrow to view a process screen/trends, nothing happens. I don't even get the hierarchy window. Any ideas or do you require more information Thanks
