GaJEnDrA D S Silver Member Joined: 8/9/2011 Last visit: 10/8/2025 Posts: 325 Rating: (19)	Hi, I have installed trial version of wincc flexible 2008 sp3 along with the runtime of the same version.but I can't see the download option itself. I can't see the io tag once I double click on the field of already created project(sp2). List of problems I can't mention but it opens, runtime also possible . Anyone pls help me out. My system Windows 7

Later I installed wincc Flx 2008 sp3. Tried to open faced problems. So I uninstalled both only installed winc flx 2008 sp3 which s working fine and realised no need of installing runtime again. So I doubt if I install that runtime agn from tat separate CD the problem may repeat.

So I doubt if I install that runtime agn from tat separate CD the problem may repeat. Hello, It shouldn't repeat. You should be able to install both WinCC flexible CS and RT on the same PC. It seems that you have some errors happen during installation.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 12/11/2025 Posts: 16603 Rating: (1943)	Hello GaJEnDrA D S If you do not get the Transfer Option in your WinCC flexible Project it can also be the Problem that the Image Version of the HMI Device is older than the recent Flexible Version you have installed. So go to "Device Settings"-> "Device Type" click here the Button and look at the Versions at Version of device you can set at the bottom-right drop down list. If you haven´t the newest Version selected you cannot Transfer the Project. Bye Murof
