Hello raghunath; The following download willprovide you with the WinCC V. 6.0 communications manual: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21320307 Look at the section on Project Examples, there are configurations available for Industrial Ethernet and TCP/IP between WinCC and the S7-400 PLC that you can use as a basic example for your application. The selection will depend on the configuration of the CP 443-1 you will be using in your project. The examples show arequirement for a CP 1612 (Softnet) processor in the WinCC PC; however, you can use a standard NIC (3COM, D-Link...) as long as you install the Simatic NetIE-Softnet driver that is shown in the examples. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Dear Raghunath, You just need to configure the CP443-1 with a Eternet network. The CP443-1 Must be ticked with the ISO Protocol and the MAC ID of the CP(mentioned on the sticker on the CP). Now on WINCC end you need to make a connection under Industrial ethernet here mention the same MAC id as mebntioned in the Step7 hardware config. Now put the Wincc Runtime. For your reference i am attaching the screen shot of the Hardware settings and the Wincc settings. AttachmentWINCC COMMUNICATION.pdf (2233 Downloads) |
