Thanks Marta, what should i do then? where should i start from?

• Either you enable all the User Authorization of your Quality User
• Or create a new User with all the User Authorizations
• Or , open the faceplate ( @............pdl) , and remove/check the Authorization

What can cause WinCC RT not to allow input of values or enabling or disabling of parameters, whilst it is running normally without any error at all! Values are are showing but when I click on the input spaces to write a value, nothing comes up. This is true for all PID visual displays, they appear grayed out when open.
