Hi all,

We are using below software and hardware in our project.

1.WinCC 7.5 SP1 Runtime

2.IM151-8 PN-DP (10 nos connection) on profinet.

3.CP1623 with hardnet license.

4. Windows 10 PC.

The problem is when I start WinCC Runtime then 6 connection shows connection establishement with PLC.4 connection shows not connected Status

to make the remaining one healthy I need to power off and Power on all CPUs and Start WinCC SCADA again.

I have done the below activities

1. In each CPU station, I have made Scan Cycle load from communication to 50 %.

2. In SIMATIC S7 Protocol Suite system parameter setting for Cycle management removed tickmark for Cycle management by PLC.

on the one hand, there is a known problem with
the communucation with WinCC V7.5 SP1 without any
Update, you should install the actual Update 5.

On the other hand, have you installed the Simatic Net PC Software V16 ?

I have installed Simatic Net PC software V16.

Just I will install Update 5.

Hi Georg,

Even after installing SP2 and SIMATIC NET V17 issue was the same.

But We have solved the problem. The issue was we have 10 no of IM 151-8 CPU in PLANT.

They have S7 communication in between them. And for some PLC we have crossed the maximum number of connection resources.
