For a changes only OS download a changes only compile is a must. That means if you make changes in your graphics after a full OS compile, you still need to do a changes only compile to be able to perform a changes only OS download! Maybe I completely misunderstood your problem! Regards

Most of us are used to connect OS drive mapping and administration path with a mapped drive. But it does not scan network place, but it runs Windows Run and enter the address of the OS, for ex. \\192.168.1.10. But unfortunately after the address mapping makes it impossible to load changes. Finding the host OS (for ex. \\OS_STATION) and the drive mapping on the host OS is designed to charge only the changes. It is very funny that the normal function of the LOAD ONLINE CHANGES for WinCC working just after the IP address. So why here does not work and you need a host OS? Question to SIEMENS support: Is it possible to load only changes to the OS after the IP address rather than host? Thx

Usually depends from right permission, expecially from Windows Xx SP3...did you try to uncheck box from windows explorer "Tools menu" -> "folder option" -> "Use semplified files sharing" Time ago I had same problem when a lot of ppl mapped same target PC from their station to make easier to have access there...the result was the default maximum resuorce allowed was reached and ppl was giving trouble to connect with the station because NO more resource available untill somebody disconnect or switchoff thei PC. Now, if this is not your case, can you post screenshot about your project configuration, Siemens SW installed and Control panel SW installed...to make we understand better what is you trouble..please? regards

Appeared suddenly and unexpectedly: RT Station not obtainable I checked a lot of advice, while I have a virtual machine on the ES and it all works correctly. Fall in the temptation to declare that the integration of projects to save tons of time, but unfortunately the feature is unstable, Siemens is not currently offering any solutions to the problem. And for me, this functionality is worth nothing, because we lose the time spared reainstall Windows, software, Siemens, etc. If I have: - set the shell on the right side of the card with OS and ES - I added a user, such as the OS powers to the project folder - deactivated firewall for OS and ES. - Mapped network drive with the OS on ES - loaded the whole project done before compilation only changes. Everything is working properly and suddenly three hours for the next loading changes inoperable. Sorry what should I do now? Every day to install everything from scratch.

RKarczewski Experienced Member Joined: 7/12/2007 Last visit: 12/15/2018 Posts: 107 Rating: (1)	Does anyone have a way to do that after an unsuccessful charge, despite the changes it worked loading of only the changes without having to load the entire project? Too often at the end of charging does not end the entire operation and I am forced to spend a lot of time to load the entire project (200 MB). Pack size is 20 MB, but the message of the project already in the OS makes the ES still wants to load the entire project. If anything can replace, any directory or file, please suggestion. It is impossible that always any problems with loading a big group of developers using its "friendly options" for loading the entire project, causing loss of time and the danger of lack of control over the installation by the operators. On ES station it has server packages which gets transferred to the Server Machine after you make the first download. Wehenver you get master not activated message it even your runtime is activated there which indicates that sevrer package on ES & Server package OS server machine are not matching. To verify this, On server machine open the wincc explorer & check the package in the server data where in path of package would be there. The package location should be ON ES. If it shows OK . Delete the server package therefrom & reload the server package from server machine. If you right click on server data, it would ask you to load the package. Go ahead then locate the package into ES. This will work
