Iinstall Wincc v7.0 SP3 ( version forWinCC_7.0_SP3_EUROPE). Step 7 manager Professional V5.5 Sp2 for win7. Soft_Starter_ES_2007_SP4 F-Config_V55SP9U1 Step 7 V11 Advanced. CA01_DVD for find out Productof Siemens. PC Access Sp6 V4.0 STEP 7 MicroWIN SP9 That's all my Siemens software Actually I have no idea, but I'm nearly sure it's a compatibility problem. Can't suggest anything more than install on clean computer. You have too much Siemens software installed and some of it can be incompatible with WinCC V11 Advanced.
