wire break option have malfunction

It is having parameter for finding wire break,short circuit option. if i enable this option my DI,DO not working and IM not showing any SF led. if i disable those parameters it is working fine. so please give some reasons why it is working after disable the diagnostic option

You can check the online status of IM module to check which module is having problem. But all other modules are not working this is strange Can you check and post online module information here.

Assuming this is a non Fail Safe application, the ET200iPS has only one digital input module complying with NAMUR standard. So, what kind of digital input sensors do you have? Do you have end of line resistors connected as in page 235 ofET200iSP manual? If your sensors are just mechanical switches you will always get either short circuit or open circuit. Regarding digital output we should 1st know your load characteristics and how you connect it before we can go any further in your problem. As said in earlier posts, please upload any online diagnostic data you have. Best regards, H-H
