Hello LOGO! Community, Thank you for your interest in LOGO!8.3 with cloud connection. In support we had repeated requests regarding the transfer of the LWE project to the AWS. In the video you will find a workaround with which you can upload the project to the AWS if the direct way does not work for you either. I look forward to your feedback on the video. With best regards Markus

Hi Markus. Following the instructions in your video, I have managed to upload the LWE program to AWS. Interestingly, a few moments later I received the same email from AWS as the user nrrr telling me that they had activated the service. I have uploaded the program in a different environment and there has been no problem, however, when activating the buttons from the web , the output does not activate, that is, it does not work, while if I load it on the micro sd card of the LOGO it works perfectly. Thanks for your help. |

Hello, There can be several things that affect the function here. 1. Is the LOGO! correctly registered as a thing? 2. Does the selected region fit? 3. Is the time of the LOGO! set correctly? 4. In the table in LOGO! the right dates selected? Please look under IOT Core (under shadow) whether your LOGO! sends data to the AWS at all. You are also welcome to open a service request for individual assistance. With best regards Markus |

Hello everybody! I'm trying to upload a project to AWS. What I did: 1. Created an account on Amazon. 2. According to the instructions, I defined the policies (many thanks to Markus for the instructions) 3. Also created the XYZ app and the environment. 4. In LWE, enter the necessary information according to the instructions. 5. In the IOT, I checked the passage of signals from LOGO!, all signals pass. 6. The download starts and runs without error messages, and a link appears at the end. 7. When I click on the link, I see the site that I created, but which does not respond to changes in information. 8. In Elastic Beanstalk, there is no new application that I defined when entering data in LWE. Questions: 1. What is the problem? Where is the downloaded site stored? How can I link it to the environment? 2. Can I create an app and environment in the console and then load the site. How can this be done? |

Hi tracer54, 1.1 The download is stored here: 1.2 Check if your LOGO! is in Run 2. I don't really understand your question. To load this site, you only have to save this link. Either in your browser as a favorite or on your mobile device as a shortcut on your homescreen. If you have problems, you can open a service request. With best regards You LOGO! Support |

Will this only work with pushbuttons, or will switchbuttons work in AWS? |

Hi KOA T5, both work in AWS. But if you use the click mode it's possible, that the "click" is too short, because the performance from LWE to AWS to LOGO! is not the fastest. It also depends on you IOT Core you are using. With best regards Tech Support |
