When I copy one program and try to past it to another program, TIA Portal close first project and then open another one, past icon in grey, you can't do it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Join 2 projects in TIA portal V11.

Double-click and open it using TIA Portal V14. Still in windows in explorer, navigate to project you want to copy FROM. Double-click and open it using TIA Portal V14. Now you should be able to alt-tab between both TIA Portals and copy/paste. gary6315 It is not possible to open two different programs at same time in TIA portal V14. Is it okay if one project is opened as read-only? The following hint works from TIA V13 onwards ->
