I had torque open and close limit switch. Is it must that it has to be connected with basic unit or if i connect it to Digital module also work? Advance Thanks

Mr. SIRIUS Bronze-Expert Joined: 5/17/2010 Last visit: 12/19/2025 Posts: 227 Rating: (28)	Hi, it's not a must but it is stronglyrecommended because the digital inputs at basic unit have a shorter reaction time than the digital inputs at expansion module. Wiring the positioner sensors to expansion module could cause a fault situation because of longer reaction time. So please wire it to the Basic Unit to avoid timing problems. Kind Regards Michael
