The updates for STEP 7 V13 SP1 and WinCC V13 SP1 are available now

A few notes?..

I assume there is no shortcut - when you update the software:

TIA13 update x    >>    TIA13 SP1     >>    TIA13 SP1 Update 1

Update 1 for TIA13 SP1 is also a BIG file (ca. 560MB).
I assume also that you have to make VERY sure you update all the inter-components (Step7, WinCC,...) before going to the next upgrade step.

When I want to apply the update 1 for SP1, the simatic updater is always looking for an internet connection.

I have downloaded the update files, stored them in the download directory. Pointed via 'options' to that download directory and then applied check for updates. The system is then always searching for an internet connection, which I don't have, and fails after time-out.

How can I get around this? so that the system is looking for the stored files instead?
