How to program FC9 and SFC1 in simatic manager

hello all I want to know how the program is you FC9 and SFC1 in simatic manager with Ladder language please qu'elqu'un to help me because I am a new automation engineer and I a year of experience, thank you.

SFC1 reads system clock to a variable of type DT (date/time). You just have to call it, as there are no inputs. It will provide actual date and time on output CDT. You will have to define a variable of type DT that you connect to output CDT to hold the information. Output RET_VAL is type INT and will give you an error code in case of failure. For meaning of error codes look at S7-help. RET_VAL is 0 if no error occurs.

FC9 compares 2 inputs of type DT (date/time) and if both are equal output RET_VAL will be 1. You can feed inputs either with variables of type DT or use constants.

The usage of both functionsin S7-help. You can easily find it if you drag and drop the question mark of help in your menubar to the function desired.

SFC1 gives you actual date and time of your CPU in output CDT. This output is datatype DT (date/time). Write that output to a temp variable of type DT (like t_act_dt).

Then use FC9 and on input DT1 you write your temp variable (t_act_dt), and on input DT2 a constant like "DT#2015-03-30-23:13:20.500". FC9 will then give you a 1 on output RET_VAL, when your temp variable (t_act_dt) and constant on DT2 are equal, otherwise it will give you 0.

you have to create a FB.

Then use FC9 and on input DT1 you write your temp variable (t_act_dt). For input DT2 create a static constant c_dt in static area of type DT and in startvalue you will enter your constant like "DT#2015-03-30-23:13:20.500". Then select c_dt for input on DT2.
