WinCC V7.0 SP3, error 'Initialization failed'

Hi everyone, I installed the WinCC V7.0 SP3 and I have not had any problems, but when I execute the WinnCC explorer I get the error "Initialization failed", I've seen some other posts with this error but I can´t solve I need help, thank you very much

Tengo el mismo problema al iniciar Wincc V7.0 Sp3 no se puede ejecutar, aparece el siguiente mensaje: "Error: Initialization Failed !" .

He visto en otro foro que se les ha enviado un archivo desde Siemens solucionando el problema.

Quien me puede ayudar con este tema?

I have the same problem.

I installed Wincc 7 SP 3 on Windows 2008 R2 Standard and when try to start the "Initialization Failed" message appears.

I hope some of you have solved this issue and help me now.

tengo el mismo problema ya probe en varias maquinas laptop y en ninguna e podido correrlo alguien sabra cual es el procedimiento?

Installing "Wincc 7.0 SP3 update 1" solves the problem.

Porfavor podrian aclararme la forma de resolver tengo el mismo problema. Lo instale en Windows 7 pro lo que es WinCC Explorer V7.0.3 y al momento de ejecutar me sale el cuadro de dialogo con ese mensaje.
