Change unit from mili seconds to second

Actually I have one more question.

I want to change unit from default mili seconds to second. It is unpractical to change from 1000 to 60000 set point. I can't find anywhere that option on PLC and on HMI.

Solution it could be to multiply in PLC program, but I can't to that with time data. Maybe some other function to to that?

In HMI tag there is linear scaling, I didn't see it.
