Unable to see my network

Dear All,

I've just bought a Siemens S7 1200 Starter Kit and installed TIA Portal V13 on my computer. I have some problems related to the network. Infact, even if If connect HMI and PLC to my network (and I can see them with other softwares like IP scanners) I can't see them in TIA Portal. When I click on the button "Available Nodes (In italian Nodi Accessibili) the only Kind of PG/PC interface is Teleservice.

Furthermore, in the control panel clicking PC/PG interface settings, I can't see any device.

Did I set something wrong for my PC?

I use windows 7 64 bit.

I solved my problem disabling antivirus during the installation.
