Failed to open a block in the Step7 V12 (TIA)

Hello.

I'm a machine (Windows XP Service Pack 3 Prof.) installed the TIA V12 + SP1 upd4 (Step, WinCC)

Every time I open a block in the Step7 appears the photo of the message attached ..

In WinCC works normal.

I uninstalled TIA three times using Revo, but without success.

They could help me?

did you installed TIA with a deactivated anti-virus-scan and "run as administrator"?

Whitout that attributes you may have an incorrect installation of TIA.

Try to deactivate you anti-virus-scan and run the setup-file from TIA with "rigth-click" -> "run as admin" and try a repair installation.

I however think that there is something else wrong.
Maybe the project is corrupted in some way
or a combination of project configuration is causing this issue.
Do you have this with all projects?

Maybe try one more time with a clean install.
if not helpful then come back with more detail or
log a formal help request with Siemens. [SUPPORT]
